How to use
- Pick a city in each of the A and B dropdowns; the page shows both local times with ticking clocks.
- The bar in the middle reports how far ahead or behind B is and the current date relationship; use Swap to flip A and B.

FAQ
- How are the difference and DST computed — are they accurate?
- The browser's Intl API reads the IANA time-zone database (tzdata) and asks for each zone's UTC offset at the exact instant you query, so daylight-saving start/end dates and historical changes come straight from tzdata — as accurate as your operating system's clock, and never through our server.
- Why do some differences have 30 or 45 minutes?
- The world isn't on whole-hour zones: India is UTC+5:30, Nepal UTC+5:45, and parts of Australia UTC+8:45. Showing offsets and differences in minutes reports these non-round zones faithfully.
- If two places are 13 hours apart, are the dates different?
- Often yes — the page shows the current date relationship (same day / B one day ahead, and so on). Crossing the Pacific or the International Date Line commonly shifts a day, which matters when scheduling calls or flights.
- Does my computer's clock matter?
- The live comparison uses your device's system clock, so keep it correct; the values you type into the converter are explicit wall-clock times, independent of your local zone — they are converted only between the A and B zones you choose.
- Are the cities I look up recorded?
- No. The page is static; every time-zone value is computed inside your browser with Intl, and no request goes to our server. It keeps working offline (apart from third-party ads and your own system clock).

World Time Difference puts three things on one page: a live side-by-side of two cities or zones, the difference and date relationship between them, and a cross-zone moment converter — plus a continent-grouped world-clock wall.
Time-zone and daylight-saving data come entirely from your browser's Intl (IANA tz) capability; the tool calls no backend or third-party time API. The city table is built-in static data.
