本扩展不收集：浏览历史（除你主动标注的页面 URL）、按键记录、位置信息、通讯录、健康数据、财务信息，以及除你自行填写的 Hub 用户名之外的个人身份信息。
This extension does not collect browsing history (beyond URLs you actively annotate), keystrokes, location, contacts, health or financial data, or personally identifiable information other than the Hub username you choose to enter.
Data leaves your device only when you explicitly sign in to Axiom Hub or click "Share".
Data is used solely to provide annotation, bookmarking and (optionally) sharing. We never use your data for advertising, profiling or credit determination, and never sell it.
chrome.storage.local 中，卸载扩展即清除。https://researchranked.eu.org/Axiom-hub。你可以在「设置 → Axiom Hub 账户」中改为自建实例，此时数据传输范围由该实例的运营方决定。All user data is stored locally in chrome.storage.local and removed on uninstall. Shared content is uploaded only to the Axiom Hub instance you configure (default: researchranked.eu.org/Axiom-hub) and only when you explicitly share or when subscription sync (available after sign-in) pulls updates.
Visibility of shared annotations is chosen by you at share time. We do not sell or transfer user data to any third party, and disclose it only when legally required.
Local data is removed on uninstall or per-item deletion. Tokens are removed on sign-out. Shared items can be deleted from the extension or the Hub account page at any time.
扩展申请的每项权限都直接服务于「网页批注与书签管理」这一单一用途：storage 保存本地数据；activeTab 与内容脚本在当前页面创建/还原批注；contextMenus 提供右键标注；sidePanel 展示批注管理界面；alarms 仅在登录后每 15 分钟检查一次 Hub 订阅更新；主机权限用于在你主动分享/登录时与 Hub 通信。
Every permission serves the single purpose of web annotation and bookmarking. The periodic alarms job only checks the Hub for subscription updates when you are signed in.
本扩展不加载、不执行任何远程代码（无 eval、无外部脚本、无 WASM 下载）。全部逻辑随扩展包分发并通过 Chrome 商店审核。
The extension contains no remote code: no eval, no externally hosted scripts or WASM. All logic ships inside the reviewed package.
本扩展不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。
OmniNotation is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
